on-site EMC 2023 conference

Registration for the European Metallurgical Conference 2023, on-site attendance from June 11th – 14th 2023.

Please book your ticket(s) for the on-site participation in the EMC 2023. Registration for the on-site EMC 2023 participation is a pre-requisite for paticipation in the networking dinner and festive evening. The conference fees include admission to the Welcome event on June 11th 2023, to any lectures and events held on the days booked, to product and project presentations in the area of the European
Metallurgical Conference 2023, snacks and beverages served during the days and access to digital conference materials.Conference participants of EMC 2023 will be provided with admission codes for fairs and exhibitions on the Messe Duesseldorf – campus, namely the METEC International metallurgie trade fair, the International trade fair for cast products NEWCAST and the International foundry trade fair GIFA w/t the WFO Technical Forum. Entry codes for the fairs will be provided in seperate emails.

How to? Open an peronal account by filling-in the online form, selecting the ticket(s) for the conference, first, adding the ticket(s) for the evening events you plan to attend and processing the money transaction. Skip the registration procedue if you have an account, already. Login to your account, review the data, make necessary corrections and continue with selecting the ticket(s) you desire. Process the payments and Logout.

Upon successful registration, the ticket(s) will be send to the participants e-mail account. Please check your inbox and spam, if necessary. In the event of missing e-mails contact: emc@gdmb.de. Please note: the billing information will be send to the e-mail account of the invoicing company.

Check or change your order anytime by logging-in to your account. You may cancel your order any time before May 1st 2023. Once you missed that deadline, contact emc@gdmb.de for cancelation of tickets. The cancellation policy as published in the latest version of the EMC 2023 program applies.

Promotions: Early birds benefit from our 10% discount rate. Save good money by booking your on-site tickets before May 1^st, 2023. Special rates are granted to GDMB members (20% off regular fee). Chairs and speakers will be rewarded with heavy discount rates (50% off regular fee). Exhibitors are requested to contact EMC back office (emc@gdmb.de) for detailed information.
