Your ticket booking will include the following:
- Conference fee for April 19. – 21. 2026.
- Daily catering and the rental of the premises.
- Evening dinner on April 20., 2026.
Welcome reception at April 19., 2026 is currently excluded, until further notice.
Hotel bookings need to be done by yourself.
Hotel booking:
Hotel rooms in the conference hotel are available for a reduced price of 145 EUR. Latest booking deadline will be March 2., 2026.
Please take this form for your booking and send it directly to the hotel.

Please mind our cancellation policy: 50% on bookings cancelled up to 35 calendar days before event starts, 70% on bookings cancelled up to 10 calendar days before event starts, 90% on bookings cancelled 10 calendar days before event starts and 100% on no-shows.
